- Kindly switch off your mobile phone during treatment.
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or medications taken.
- Children under the age of 16 to have guardian consent prior to treatment.
- Kindly note that only one person can be assisted at a time in the practice, unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All treatments offered are of a professional nature.
- Aurelia Wellness Therapies is not responsible for any injury/ damage, loss, theft or misfortune that may occur.
Policies - Booking policy
Booking is essential
- A 50% non-refundable treatment deposit (EFT) is required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total amount.
- However, this does not apply to treatments booked on the same day.
- If your booking is below R200, full payment on booking would be appreciated, to reduce card handling costs.
Appointments
- Punctuality is requested for the full treatment duration, otherwise treatment will be reduced whilst the full treatment fee applies. Please note that there are waiting areas at Mind Space where you can sit while waiting for your appointment.
Rescheduling/ Cancellation of Treatments
Rescheduling/ Cancellation of Treatments - 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required to give time for the appointment to be offered to another client and to avoid a charge. Please give maximum notice wherever possible. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. For persistent missed appointments, I reserve the right to require full payment in advance. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than twice, please contact me to discuss, I will use discretion based on individual circumstances.
